The online spreadsheet merger runs out of memory if you have large/ many data files. If this happens, you can use the Datamerger program instead.

With the online spreadsheet merger you can do the following:

  • Merge multiple spreadsheets into one
  • Convert .xls to .csv/.txt
  • Convert .csv/.txt to .xls
  • Select and exclude columns

Disclaimer: After you have downloaded the resulting spreadsheet, you are presented with the option to remove the temporary files that were generated in the process. Temporary files are cleaned daily, so even if you forget to do this your files will not be on our server too long. However, there are no further security measures of any kind (i.e., anybody who has the direct link to the temporary files can download them) and we are not responsible for any leakage of confidential data that may result from using this tool.

Choose files to upload

Files must be in plain text (.csv, .txt) or Excel (.xls) format. For best results, avoid empty cells at the top of your spreadsheet.
